I've got a Logitech C250... it's one of the cheapest ones they make. it works out of the box... just plug it in and it's good to go. Usually... usually... the UVC compatible ones will all work. Oddly the Philips one you have says it's UVC... so it should, in theory, just work. I've had Philips in the past and they worked OK... but they were quite old cams and were pre-UVC standard.
