Do you know how to create xorg.conf in /etc/X11/, or edit files in /etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/ ? It is the same way as in old times, with added benefit of smaller files in xorg.conf.d that can be used if you have to add only line or two. If you are not sure how, then use rpm files, or nvidia installer. Both work fine. http://en.opensuse.org/SDB:NVIDIA

I lead you few years with full time KDE4 usage. For light KDE see what you can help with: http://lizards.opensuse.org/2013/04/11/hackweek9-lightweight-kde-desktop-pro... and http://blogs.kde.org/2013/04/11/hackweek9-lightweight-kde-desktop-project-up... note that repo is at: https://build.opensuse.org/project/show?project=home%3Awstephenson%3Aworkben...

KMS is fine. Even your trusted nvidia is using it :) -- Regards, Rajko. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse+owner@opensuse.org
