Guys, I ran across a tool that may recover files on an ext3 filesystem after an 'accidental' delete (doesn't work on corrupted files, just deleted ones). Many may already know about this, but it was new to me so I thought I would pass it along: http://www.xs4all.nl/~carlo17/howto/undelete_ext3.html There are a number of packages ext3grep packages built for openSuSE in factory/contrib and build service. Use webpin to locate them (unless you are using 11.3, then you have to use zypper because wepin doesn't work -- still) Put this in the save file just in case you find yourself in a fix. -- David C.
