Problems installing v8.1 from boot-CD

Hello! Anyone out there who knows how to get a ftp install to work from the boot-CD provided as boot.iso for v8.1? I can't get it started, no matter what I try, the program tells me that "file is missing" from the ftp server.. But! If I run the install from floppies, it starts just as it should... Anders Norrbring
