I am changing internet providers and am failing to redirect my opensuse mail addresses. I went to novell/attachmate and changed my mail address from roadrunner to gmail and it appears to have set, but I am still receiving list mail to paka@opensuse.org via roadrunner (according to mail headers).
https://en.opensuse.org/Special:Preferences indicates the desired change?
What do I have to do to complete this change?
I was directed to email "admin@opensuse.org" and to visit https://en.opensuse.org/openSUSE:Services_help#opensuse_email_aliases which provides the same. Since this post I submitted three requests to "admin@opensuse.org" for my email address, paka@opensuse.org, to be redirected to ptilopteri@gmail.com instead of pat@indy.rr.com (which no longer exists). I received "openSUSE Tracker" ticket numbers 7270, 7334 and 7388, but the email address is still redirected to the wrong address. What action is necessary to address this? I am apparently unable to find the correct location or reference within the opensuse.org web site or from google. I apologize if in my frustration or ignorance I have failed to provide necessary information.
