I got an asus laptop S400C that works fairly well with openSUSE
however, I have a video problem.
internal lcd works perfectly (1366x768), but external (hdmi) don't accept more than 1440x900 when Windows 8 accepts the full HD 1920x1080 (on compatible monitor, of course).
Kde setup do not allow more
I don't know about that specific laptop and I don't know about the intel, but I can't see that KDE is the limit here. I use nvidia and I can tell my driver to go up to 2650xwhatever. It upsets my LCD screen, mind you :-( But KDE is not your problem. -- "Television is a medium because it is neither rare nor well done." -- Fred Friendly -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse+owner@opensuse.org
