Ok, if you want me to call it a "speed controller" rather than a rheostat then to make you happy I'll call it a "speed controller" :-) . One "speed controller" controls the fans in the Antec PSU and the 120mm case fans and the other "speed controller" controls the blower cooling the heat pipes on the Gigabyte heatsink.
