Good day, We are a school with ±650 users. We use SuSE 8.2, (very recently auto patched) with Yast2-2.7.30-1 I am experiencing the following error when running Yast2 > Security and Users
Edit and Create Users or Edit and Create Groups: The script halts with the following error: "Cannot read system user settings"
This happened with a previous installation when I created users from the command line and from within Yast2. It has happened again, although I only use the command line and run /sbin/SuSEconfig frequently. I have searched many documentation sources to no avail. Any ideas would be welcome - If I'm on the wrong list, please forgive.
