Ok I played a bit with Ktorrent and I don't see how it works. When I do a seach on "suse", "suse 10.2", or "10.2" all I get are alot of ads for silly movies and an offer to sell me a cd with 10.3 on it. Any idea what I could be doing wrong?
I don't know how you are searching. If you use the built in search in KTorrent, you can direct it to specific indexing sites (pick from the dropdown on the search tab). I"d recommned Mininova ISOHunt or PirateBay for general searching. I get the most relevant results usually via Mininova... at least for what I search for. But... for SUSE 10.2.. why search. Just go grab the Torrent link from the Wiki here: http://en.opensuse.org/Released_Version#Downloads If you have KTorrent installed (and updated) it'll be assigned as the default for the Torrents when you click on the torrent link. It will load up in KTorrent and then KTorrent will take care of downloading to the drive location you specified in the KTorrent configuration. Just for fun I clicked the torrent for the CDs and it's downloading now at over 1100KB/s Little over an hour at that speed.
