[opensuse] No ISDN with AVM ISDN card and openSUSE 10.2

Hello, I have an AVM Fritz PCI v 2.0 ISDN card in my PC. Unfortunately AVM does not provide any more drives for this card after policy change for kernel modules. How ever there is a page where a patched kernel verison is available which incorporates the divers. But openSUSE is no longer maintained. Due to this I like to ask the comunity if someone was able to have a working installation of the above mentioned card and the Kernel 2.6.18.8-0.11? I also tried to compile the patched driver but this fails with the message Rule: kernelrelease not availabl STOP.
