You can run 2 versions without problem but you may not need to do so. If you have 1.22 installed all you need do is comment out the 1.22 entry from the Exclude line of the javarc file in your SO 5.2 directory. Charles Forever never goes beyond tomorrow.

Hey is there any reason I wouldn't be able to install two versions of the java sdk?
I have java2 installed and when I went to install Staroffice it wouldn't recognize that version. The SuSE manual and yast both say that java 1.1.8 needs to be installed.
Any ideas?
