You guys working on factory can pull the package for the current release, validate it and include it if all is well. I didn't find a current build for 1.3.0 when I looked.
David, Factory is more of a push model than a pull model. If you think your work is appropriate for factory then you need to submit it to the yasm devel project. There is a very nice easy to use workflow for that. For someone to try and pull an update is a more manual process.
