Hi,
I am a new Linux user and I installed OpenSuse 10.3 in my notebook but sound is not working. The command lspci -v:
Do you have your sound software (alsa packages) installed? Can you try to see if there are any modules loaded for your sound card (lsmod | grep snd). See if the sound levels are up and not muted (you may run alsamixer or your favourite KDE / gnome mixer) -- Marcin Floryan http://marcin.floryan.pl/ Please consider the environment before printing this email. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org
