[SLE] apache and userdir

Hi people I'm trying to install public_html on a user dir but I always get a 403 error. Permisions are ok (711 for dirs 644 for files under public_html). I uncomened 'mod_userdir' in httpd.conf and the UserDir section with no luck. Any help?
