Christopher, before you proclaim that it is on his end, he needs to look at the headers. They will tell whether the problem is on his end, on SuSE's end or in the middle. Without the headers we can only guess, and our experiences indicate that the problem is most likely either with his client (evolution) or with his POP3 or IMAP server.
