* Phoenix (1.phoenix@web.de) [020930 11:49]: ::I'd like to run the latest grip, because the one that comes with Suse ::8.0 doesn't seem to work properly (everytime I rip a CD and insert the ::next cd, it doesn't update the duration of the tracks, but uses the ones ::from the first cd) ::I hope the later version doesn't have this error (or is it only my ::configuration and no one else has this problem?) :: ::Anyway, trying to compile the program it tells me this: If you have the lame-libs pkg installed you can put a CD into your drive then open Konqueror (file manager mode) and click on Audio CD browser. I will show you the files in .ogg, .mp3 and .wav. You can go into the mp3 folder..then highlight the tracks. You can then copy and paste them to another directory and while it's doing this it's converting them to .mp3's. It's very slick and you don't have to screw with GRIP which has always been a PITA to compile. ;) -- Ben Rosenberg ---===---===---===--- mailto:ben@whack.org Tell me what you believe..
