I have a weird problem with my WLAN - everything seems to work but I cannot connect via WLAN to the Zyxel adsl modem/router anymore. I am here in Barcelona/Spain and the telephone company telefonica supports only... well...
Then you could have a look here: http://www.adslzone.net/adsl.html http://www.adslayuda.com/ they have help for probably all kinds of adsl modem/routers used in Spain. If you don't see a search box, simply look on the lef bar of both sites for Zyxel, they both have several models.
Now I can see the WLAN again, but I cannot connect. I know I have the right password (it's printed on the modem and I doublechecked several times).
You would do well to change that printed password. Everybody here knows that "1234" password they always use, and it is the first thing crackers try. And if you mean the wep whatever password... yeah, that one too. Some people would recomend resetting your router to factory defaults, and reconfigure. Usually they can load the configuration from a file on your PC. - -- Cheers, Carlos E.
