This message is completely unimportant. What other dhcp messages do you see?
Don't have anymore message! :-( I find a solution (today) after 10 days install SUSE... insert a parameter acpi=off in kernel line in /boot/grub/menu.lst I don't know why, but with this line my ethernet work perfect! Thanks, Renato S. Yamane BRAZIL
