I thought that I had downloaded & installed all the bonobo files, but I may very well have missed something! I'll take a look & try again. :) Thanks, Mike ---------------------------------------------------------- Cleary_Mike@emc.com ---------------------------------------------------------- "If at first you don't succeed......screw it." - anon -----Original Message----- From: Marcelo E. Well, I managed to solve my dependency problems, but I still can't start evolution. I get the following error messages: In a pop-up message box: "Cannon initialize the Ximian Evolution shell: Configuration Database not found"
In the shell I was using:
evolution-shell-WARNING **: Cannot access Bonobo/ConfigDatabase on wombat: (IDL:OAF/GeneralError:1.0)
I searched the Ximian knowledge base, checked my PATH, etc. and so far I can't find out what is wrong. Any ideas anyone? Thanks, Mike ------------------------------------------------- Cleary_Mike@emc.com x6033 ------------------------------------------------- It said "Requires Windows 95 or better".... so I installed Linux.
