Here in the UK we have Linux Format which is a mixture of articles of differing abilities from absolute newcomer to advanced sys admin stuff. Though, the newcomer articles are thin on the ground. Which is where Tux comes in :-))
Linux Format is awesome! It's easily my favorite Linux publication. Although there is an approximate 20 - 30 day delay on our receiving it here in the states, it's a special treat I try to give myself once a month.
I've been in the 'Format' series of magazines for so long (PC, Linux, Amiga) that I've developed a cockney accent! ;)
