Hello openSuSE List
- when pressing Print Screen, to take a Screenshot with Ksnapshot, i am gettig error message " KSnapshot was unable to save the image to file:/// "
. . . the failed Save results in a file being written with zero bytes content :
-rw-r--r-- 1 user-name users 0 Sep 27 08:44 A_Screen.jpg
..................................
Could this be a device ownership problem . . . or, any ideas what else might be the problem please ?
thanks
best regards
Try and be a little more exact about the save to location file:/// Is a little unhelpful You need to be saving to a location that the user has write privs
Location of File is : /home/user-name/Documents/A_Screen.jpg ................... thanks best regards -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse+owner@opensuse.org
