Guys, A lot of my practice is word processing based. Key to that is the ability to re-create documents saved in .odt format. Currently that is impossible in LibreOffice due to a font/line spacing difference between OO and Libre. I need help figuring out what the problem is while the Document Foundation works on the bug: https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=35803 Does anybody have any idea what is causing the difference in kerning/leading/spacing --and-- more importantly what I could use as a temporary work-around until the bug is resolved. Right now, I have had to stay with OO to preserve the ability to re-create pleadings/etc.... But, with everybody moving to libre, I would like to understand this issue a little better. I have tested both Linux and windows versions of Libre and confirmed the bug is present in both (see bug for screenshots, etc...) What say the OO experts? -- David C.
