I sent a DM to Frank because I was considered a spammer on this ML, but I don't think your problem is a client problem either. I mean, it's probably because the video system on the relay server doesn't support the H.264 codec (maybe, H.265 as well). I think you can figure this out by downloading a youtube video with youtube-dl or yt-dlp and playing that video in your environment.
