Do you want it to happen automatically? or do you just want to... say.. make the cell green for paid?
To manually change the color, assuming you've got a default layout and haven't changed the toolbars...
- click on the cell - click the 3rd button from the right on the second toolbar (tooltip says Background color) - pick a color
This is what I want to do. Manually change the cell when the payment is made.
