Anybody connected a blackberry to SuSE10.3? I'm interested in synchronizing my contacts with Kontact.
I've yet to try this - since my blackbery synchs with our corporate Exchange 5.5 server - but Funambol looks promising...
Funambol can do it... but KitchenSync currently will not talk to a Funambol server (tried it and basically half the configuration info is not available), and the Linux Thunderbird/Sunbird Funambol plugin is currently broken... I have yet to test the 0.7 version of the syncevolution Funambol plugin for Evolution, it compiles without problem but so far no-one has built a SuSE RPM for it (0.5 worked well so I would expect it to work )... however, I have got clean up the mess the Thunderbird plugin made of the contact database before I can test this ... BTW Contact support is good when it works , calendar support is crippled... - -- ============================================================================== I have always wished that my computer would be as easy to use as my telephone.
