Is anyone familiar with this bug?: http://permalink.gmane.org/gmane.comp.file-systems.btrfs/42274 I dropped back to 3.16.7 after being on 3.19.x because I think I experienced this bug after checking journalctl output which was identical to the one in the above link. I contacted a kernel dev and he confirmed the bug did carry over to the 3.19 kernel. I copied some files over from an internal btrfs HDD to an external btrfs HDD, and twice in a row, with hard resets between both incidents, my entire system locked up. So, the recommendation of always having the latest kernel for btrfs is something which I'm not taking carte blanche. I hear this bug will be fixed in Linux 4.0. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse+owner@opensuse.org
