It's been a while since I did it by hand, but IIRC, I just opened the zipped file in Konqueror and installed all the RPMs, including the desktop integration for openSUSE. What I do these days is create a repository in Yast by copying the contents of "en_US" to a directory and pointing the repository config to it.
