Hmm, That makes sense. Now I look to find out how to turn that off. Connection with minicom works fine, so this looks to be a ppp issue only. Funny how something like serial communications can change from release to release. This is the same hardware and same config I had running 10.0, but now I'm looped back -- go figure...
