[opensuse] openSUSE Time Problem

My openSUSE 12.1 KDE. Changes the time automatical and goes one hour ahead. I tried to change it and few hours later it skips an hour. I am not using any time server and have saved it manually. Any fix? And when I try to select the 'Set time and data automatically, it throws this error "Unable to authenticate/execute the action: 6," The hardware clock is fine.
