This is from Kmail, by the way. You can create a signature file in Kedit and save it to your /home directory. You can also have it appended automatically if you wish or pull down the Attach button. Install Kbiff and drag its icon onto the Kpanel and it will automatically tell you when you have mail.
I do, however, wish that KMail (too close to KMart for comfort, don't you think?) had a couple of more switches, like easy signature creation. I can't find that ANYWHERE....and it would be nice if I didn't have to manually check for email while I do other tasks. I love the way KMail looks, though. I was pretty fond of the appearance of Outlook, I just hated it's invasive nature.
