Yup. Know that drill. But what is the file extension for audio files? I don't see anything in the list that looks right.
Mind you, I'm running KDE 3.3.2, but here's how I'd do it: Konqueror -> Settings -> Configure Konqueror -> File Associations
Near the top of the window, there is a text field labeled "Find filename pattern:". Type "cd" (minus the quotes) into this field. KDE then shows only a couple of options; neither of which is under Audio. The one you want is application -> "x-cda".
Mark has given you a good start. Look under the heading of audio and you'll see all the various things audio can be such as mp3, wav, x-wav and so on. Pick the one you want to change and have fun. One confusing thing is the icon that may show with any audio or other file. Ferinstance, mine shows the netscape icon. Why I dont know but it means nothing. The icon will change when you change it. ra -- Old age ain't for Sissies!
