tumbleweed - missing module tg3 ?

Bit of a longshot - I ran a zypper dup on office24, my tw i586 test system. For some reason, this didn't go according to plan. To investigate I tried loading the tumbleweed installer i586 - didn't work. No network interface found. afaict, because module tg3 isn't available. I tried the tumbleweed 64bit installer - same thing, no network interface. afaict, because module tg3 isn't available.
