DHCP configed network works on this hardware out-of-the-box under 10.2 and isn't working at all under 10.3. Under 10.3 it isn't even working if I manually configure the NIC. It looks like the driver is half working (transmitting but not receiving), which is very odd. Is there an extra security setting or security layer which is stopping the packets being received?
Just a thought... Have you rebooted your dhcp server (if it's a gateway router) or otherwise deleted existing dhcp leases from your server?
