Then subscribe to opensuse-offtopic@opensuse.org and ask again :) It is exactly type of list that is meant for all questions that are not on topic on other mail lists.
And pointless. I have frequently flashed and rooted and hacked on both webos and android on several devices (and wince and palm devices way before those...) and I know a lot about that question, but I'm here, not on off-topic. He specifically wanted to reach people he thought might have a clue, not other blind gropers. Personally I still don't appreciate abusing collections of knowledgeable people like that though and won't respond to that topic here regardless, so it was pointless to post here as well as it would have been in off-topic. The real place of course is xda-developers. People on other techie lists I'm on do the same thing "hey you guys are all so smart I know you know what this other problem is..." True, we are and usually do, but we didn't go to that list to talk about that topic, thanks for hijacking our time and attention from what we chose to what you chose. Ok I guess I did respond here, and it employed exactly the quality knowledge he was hoping to tap, by pointing to xda-developers. And to say that it's too big of a subject to start from scratch here. ;) It's also true that, having both been here a while, we are slightly more than utter stranger list members and I will accept a casual question from someone I know, here or anywhere same as if we passed on the street, simply because we know each other. Order is good and all, but we are actually people not machines. -- bkw -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse+owner@opensuse.org
