One way to copy error messages is do: command arg1 arg2 2>&1 | tee /home/"Thinker"/"filename.txt" where "Thinker" is your directory in /home and "filename.txt" is whatever name you want to give the "output" the that the command generates. (I usually use this with "rpm -Uvh" in case the command generates an error or warning message....)
