Leap-15.3 splash screens

When I try to install a splash screen via "system settings / splash screen" I get an error: The installation of /tmp/KIbuMW-tranquil-1624535858364-3727.jpg failed, as the downloaded package does not contain any useful meta information, which means it is not a valid KPackage. Regards Mark
