Your iPhone runs iOS, not Linux nor Android. Yes, I know that. Sorry if I did not make my question clear. I was asking whether there are ways on a linux box to register a phone, get apps and ringtones and other features. I am hoping someone has worked some of this out and can guide me.
With Android, as long as you have a GMail account, you don't need the computer to do anything. You can download everything through the included Google Play app. Does not similar exist for the iPhone?
