xdpyinfo show the same for me but my Mozilla fonts are defiantly changed by moving the 100 in front of the 75. Mainly just the toolbar icons and certain text in progress windows. So if you have a program using a particular font defined in XF86config and have those fonts in 75 and 100 format which ever comes first in XF86config will be used by default. I'm NO font expert. Is there a particular program/font you are wanting to use? You might try one of the xfree mailing list.
