Wayne: I don't want to seem as rude or ungrateful, but I don't find SuSE-Linux-e to be slow to respond to someone's problem.
Jim Sorry Jim but I didn't say anything about the SuSE-Linux-e "mail-list", what I was refering to were the various NewsGroups that are loaded with answers but many of them are not correct. I have read many answers that would send newbies off the deep end. Correct answers sometimes take days to get posted. The information available on this list is not like that. My past post must have influenced your reading of my "Trying to be of help" post. ;-) The answers on this list are timely and correct, for the most part. wayne
I did, however, find that some other distribution mailing lists were a tad slower, but nonetheless, very efficient. I want to thank you for giving us this information about the gazette, because there ARE times, when i want it NOW. heehee. So, knowing about the journal will be of huge help in those times. ttfn
