It won't solve the problem but I think this is a KDE2 problem. In Kde 1.1.2 I can test and run the GL screensavers. In KDE2 I can set up but not test or use the same screensavers. All I get is a black screen. Same thing happens in XFree 4.0.2. You are not alone! -- Stu "The specification said Windows 95 or better, so I installed Linux"
