This was the single thing I needed to do - I found after a little digging. I'd tried to run SuSEconfig by doing a YOU session, but obviously (despite displaying the fonts module in the on-screen list) this wasn't done properly. However, I now have all my fonts back :-) Shame SuSE doesn't patch the KDE CC to do this, given that their system requires it. Of course, it's an even bigger pity that the KDE CC font installer doesn't do whatever SuSEconfig does - very unfriendly of it :-( John -- John Pettigrew Headstrong Games john@headstrong-games.co.uk Fun : Strategy : Price http://www.headstrong-games.co.uk/ Board games that won't break the bank Valley of the Kings: ransack an ancient Egyptian tomb but beware of mummies!
