Hi all, I am trying to set up my new SCSI CD writer and am having some problems. It is a Compro CD-R 7502, and the SCSI card is an Adaptec AVA-2902I. I have installed the card and writer hardware but am having trouble installing the software side of things. I have managed to read from a CD in the CD writer under DOS but couldn't do the same when using windows drivers in Windows95. I have spent weeks trying to get it set up and thought I'd try Linux instead (I also can't get my network card running under windows but it runs fine under Linux). Can someone point me to where I might find some information to help me, or even to give me some instructions on how to do it. Your help would be tremendously appreciated. Thank you, Brad. ______________________________________________________ Get Your Private, Free Email at <A HREF="http://www.hotmail.com</A">http://www.hotmail.com</A> - To get out of this list, please send email to majordomo@suse.com with this text in its body: unsubscribe suse-linux-e Check out the SuSE-FAQ at <A HREF="http://www.suse.com/Support/Doku/FAQ/</A">http://www.suse.com/Support/Doku/FAQ/</A> and the archiv at <A HREF="http://www.suse.com/Mailinglists/suse-linux-e/index.html</A">http://www.suse.com/Mailinglists/suse-linux-e/index.html</A>
