setting XBitHack On, Apache2 on SUSE 9.3

Hi All, What file do I open to uncomment/create the Apache2 directive "XBitHack On"? I'm going in circles here, folks. I've Googled and clicked and read until my eyeballs hurt. Anyone? TIA & regards, Carl
