Eurgh! That's a squirly little maze of passages all alike. Maybe https://download.opensuse.org/update/leap/42.3/oss//src/ At least it has some 2018 dates on some of the files. I searched for an RPM (firefox) at https://software.opensuse.org/, copied the source link, stripped the rpm name et voila.
