My son (3-1/2 years old) was quite upset at seeing the pretty blue "WINDOWS This application has performed fatal exception error 0E . . ." In consoling him, I said: "I'm sorry, Jordan. That's called a 'Windows Crash.' That's just what Windows does. When you're old enough, I'll teach you how to use an operating system that doesn't crash."
