[opensuse] KDE:/Release:/45 and 11.2 on-line update

After I have installed all from KDE:/Release:/45, I still get an on-line update suggestion of updating to KDE 4.3.5. This is coming from the 11.2 repo. I will of course not select this. But what might happen if an unsuspecting person selects this update suggestion?
