On the new version - Should I be able to upgrade my *new* 7.2 onl ine?

Having just decided to reenter Suse and with 7.2 newly purchased, I was wondering whether I will be able to update online to give me the equivalent of 7.3? I am mostly familiar with apt-get in debian where everything is updateable. Is that how Suse works or are there proprietary apps that are not updateable online? Never really checked whether 7.3 was imminent.... Thanks, Jason.
