non-existent SSI error when trying to run Glide apps with SuSE 7.3

I just did a minimal graphical install of SuSE 7.3 on a AMD K6-233MHz with 80 mb ram and a Voodoo 3. I set up Xfree86 3.3.6 using SaX and installed the Voodoo 3 Glide package. Then when I try to run testGlide2x and testGlide3x, I get this error: gd error (glide): Can't find or access Banshee/V3 board gd error (glide): grSstSelect: non-existent SSI Segmentation fault What should I do to solve this problem?
