Greetings! I have just built a new system using an AOpen MX69 Socket 7 micro-ATX motherboard (all-in-one type with VIA MVP4 chipset), a Cyrix M2-333 CPU and an InWin micro-ATX desktop case. I transferred my previous file server system (SuSE 6.3, Pentium-based compiled kernel, hard drives and all cards) to the new system. I previously had transferred this system to several different types of motherboards and CPUs without any ill effects. However, when fsck runs on /dev/hda3, it spews out error messages. The most common is virtual memory pointer being invalid or inaccessible. Do I need to do a new installation to get this to work? Thanks!
