I applied the KDE 3.1 and XFree86 4.3 rpms to my system, and somehow managed to break some of the X functionality. Two things I know aren't right are that I get the native X pointer in the KDM login window. That doesn't bother me so much, but I also don't get a scrollbar with xterm. That is a problem. It seems as if I may have overwritten some SuSE files or something like that. Does anybody have an idea what rpm puts the SuSE modification on X? STH
